Trade orders are usually dispatched within 8 working days of receipt of full payment.

All orders with a United Kingdom shipping address are delivered by courier. Schedule of rates as per our current price list.

Customers in the European Union should note that as the UK is now no longer a member of the EU you are responsible for any customs and tax charges in your country.

​For deliveries outside the UK, we are required by law to attach a customs declaration stating the contents of the package and value. Please bear this in mind if ordering gifts for someone in your household.  It is illegal for us to make a false declaration, so please do not ask us to mark a package as a gift.

​We offer a full no quibbles guarantee on all our products and will do our best to sort out any issues.  If you have a problem, please email us and we will do everything we can to sort it out.

If you change your mind, you can return items to us within 14 days for a full refund.  We do not refund any postage charges you incur, and we cannot take responsibility for any items lost in the post, so we do recommend you use a tracked service if you want proof of delivery.

If the item is returned to us unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, we’ll offer a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you have inadvertently ordered the incorrect item, please contact us upon receipt. We will endeavour to help as best we can.

If you receive the incorrect items in your order, please contact us with your order number and we will sort out the problem.

If you receive goods which have been damaged in transit, please take photos of the package before you open it and email them to us so we can raise a claim against our courier.

We endeavour to use eco-friendly and recycled materials in all of our products and packaging. As a minimum all of our paper-based materials are FSC certified.

For small orders Angie can personalise your purchase if you wish.

She will write your message in her own special handwriting and post it within the UK. Please allow additional time for turn around on this service.
